Thaemine The First is a special race to clear the original— and hardest— difficulty of the Thaemine Legion Raid. Clearing will be a challenge, even for the most experienced adventurers. But with extreme challenge comes prestige, and we have a variety of prestigious rewards planned for those who can vanquish Thaemine in his most powerful form. The race for Thaemine The First will begin on April 20 at 10AM PT (5PM UTC) for parties who have cleared Hard Mode. Learn about the rewards, details regarding the competition, and the conditions needed to enter below.
Leaderboards & Rewards
Thaemine Race Leaderboard
The race to clear Thaemine The First will feature a leaderboard for the fastest groups to clear, with spots to celebrate the top 10 teams from each region supported by Amazon Games (North America West, North America East, South America, and Europe). The leaderboards will first release alongside the April Update, and available for players to view throughout the race and beyond. These teams’ victory will stay showcased on the leaderboard, and each team will also earn a suite of in-game rewards. It may take some time for groups to be added to the leaderboard, as each group will need to be reviewed to ensure they meet the conditions. Please read the ‘Conditions & Notices’ section for the rules and conditions that parties must meet to be eligible for feature on the leaderboards.
Thaemine The First Rewards
Similar to the Thaemine Race Leaderboard, the in-game rewards will be rewarded on a per-region basis. This means that players in North America West, North America East, South America, and Europe will each compete against the other players in their region for the following rewards contained within a Rank Box including:

Top 3 – Thaemine The 3rd
Top 4 - 10 – Thaemine The Top 10
Stronghold Structure
Will have the players names etched into it along side their clear time. Users can see the information when interacting with the Stronghold Structure.

Trophy
Will have the players names etched into it along side their clear time. Users can see the information when interacting with the Trophy or Stronghold Structure.

Regardless of placement, all players who vanquish the special difficulty will receive a chest titled “Clear: Thaemine The First". It contains the following:

Gold: 50,000
Silver: 5,000,000
Conditions & Notices
Participants will need to adhere to the following conditions, and familiarize themselves with the notices listed below. Failure to understand or adhere to the conditions could result in the clear not being recorded, or action taken against the account.
Notices
Notice 1
Achieving a ranking of 'Thaemine, The First' can only be achieved once per account.
The event will end when all rankings from 1st to 10th are achieved, and may end earlier than the period indicated in the event list on the official website.
To participate in the First Clear Challenge, all raids and raid members must meet the specified participation conditions listed below.
If there is a raid member in the raid who does not meet the conditions, the record will not be recognized even if the raid is cleared.
Notice 2
Event participants are responsible for any issues that arise due to lack of knowledge of participation conditions/precautions, etc.
All Event participants must not engage in any actions that violate Amazon Games operating policy, such as using illegal programs, exploiting bugs, RMT, Piloting, using apps that modify the game and/or interacts with it in a way that provides information that is otherwise not available to players, or engaging in any other actions that Amazon Games deems inappropriate.
Even after the rankings are recorded, if you are found to have engaged in inappropriate behavior, you may be deprived of All rights related to it, including disadvantages such as recovery of Event rewards, and the responsibility for this lies with the Event participant.
Depending on the violation, there may be disadvantages to at least the raid members and Even the entire raid, such as invalidating the achieved ranking records and withdrawing Event rewards.
All First Clear Challenge records are only recognized as records saved by satisfying certain conditions within the system, and video evidence taken separately by individuals is not recognized as records for Achieving rankings.
Thaemine First Clear Challenge records are recorded on a raid basis.

Notice 3
The first clear record on the event page is recorded with information (character nickname, server, raid composition information, clear date, Region etc.) at the time of finally clearing the 2nd Gateway on The FIRST mode.
If a raid member is disconnected and cannot return and the party clears the dungeon without stopping the dungeon, the raid member's opportunity to enter may be lost. Please be careful during the challenge.
If you clear more than one Gate with a raid member who cannot participate in the event, all raid members will not be able to participate in the 'Thaemine, the First' event (save the First Clear Race record) that week.
Please note that even if you cannot participate in the event, there is no disadvantage to playing the Thaemine Legion Commander Raid.
It may take up to 60 minutes for the clear record to be reflected on the event page.
The reward for achieving the First Clear ranking will be delivered to the [Universal Storage] of the roster that achieved the ranking. Due to manual inspection and review of the winners, rewards will be delivered when Amazon Games is ready and has confirmed the winners.

Event rewards may be changed to similar items of the same value depending on circumstances.
Conditions
Condition 1
All participants must have a record of clearing gates 1 through 4 on Hard Mode before attempting "The First".
If a character who has cleared 1, 2, and 3 Gateways of "Normal" mode, the First Clear Challenge record of the party will not be saved.
Condition 2
All members of the party must not have already completed "The First" difficulty to be recognized.
If any character in the user's account who holds the record from 1st to 10th place in this event on any region participates in another raid with others, the record of the raids clear will not be accepted.
Condition 3
Please make sure to form a raid using 'Register Recruitment' in the party finder to check whether raid members meet the event participation conditions;
You can check whether each member meets the event participation conditions in the raid participant list and applicant list in the party recruitment details.
If there is a raid member who does not meet the participation conditions upon entry,
entry will be possible, but the First Clear Challenge record will not be saved.
If you use the matching system, it is not possible to check in advance whether raid members meet the conditions, and event participants are responsible for any disadvantages resulting from this.
The system will not show you if a user has cleared the raid on another region, so do your due diligence.
Condition 4
The first clear record is recorded based on the composition of raid members at the time of clearing the 2nd Gate on The First mode.
Even if the lower level gates are cleared with different raid members, only the members of the raid after completing gate 2 will be saved.
Clear time is based on the time when 2nd gate of The First is cleared.
Condition 5
All Event participants must not engage in any actions that violate Amazon Games operating policy, such as using illegal programs, exploiting bugs, RMT, Piloting, using apps that modify the game and/or interacts with it in a way that provides information that is otherwise not available to players, or engaging in any other actions that Amazon Games deems inappropriate. Penalties for breaking the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service will range from disqualification up to a permanent ban.
Depending on the violation, there may be disadvantages to at least the raid members and Even the entire raid, such as invalidating the achieved ranking records and withdrawing Event rewards. Please review Amazon's Code of Conduct and Terms of Service.
Condition 6
If a raid member is disconnected and cannot return and the party clears the dungeon without stopping the dungeon, the raid member's opportunity to enter may be lost. Please be careful during the challenge.
If you clear Gate 2 with a raid member isn't eligible for the event, all raid members will not be able to participate in the 'Thaemine, the First' event (save first clear records) that week.
Please note that even if you cannot participate in the event, there is no disadvantage to playing the Legion Raid.

We wish luck to players as they prepare to vanquish Legion Commander Thaemine in this special activity. We will be collecting player footage and clips to potentially highlight the excitingly epic, funny, or heart-breaking moments that participants are sure to encounter in their conquest to defeat Thaemine in the The First difficulty. We will provide more details on how to submit footage as we get closer to the start of the race.
The leaderboards will be available closer to the race and the April Update. In the meantime, we’ll see you in Arkesia!
