Kazeros Raid Act 2: Requiem of the Floating Nightmare arrives, furthering the story of the war in North Kurzan.

The Allied Forces have developed a new operation to turn the tides of battle in the war against Kazeros Legions. The Allied Forces have set out across Kurzan to create a strong barrier to protect their forces. But in a key region needed to be secured for the plan to succeed, they face Brelshaza in a harsh, icy battleground, providing the perfect backdrop for Brelshaza’s chilling new powers.

Kazeros Raid: Act 2 is an 8-player raid that features two gates. It will require Item Level 1670 for Normal Difficulty or 1690 for the Hard Difficulty. The most dangerous and critical operation for the Allied Forces victory begins, and you will have the help of Allied Forces members in the raid. Jederico, Azena, and Ephernia are available to call in Allied Forces skills in Gate 1, with Jederico, Azena, and Gustaven available in Gate 2.

We will include the latest improvements to the raid applied in Korea, such as showing targeting effect during certain patterns in Gate 1.

Karma Progression System

111 KB
58 KB
Added the Karma Progression System, where players can earn combat stats and Ark Passive related effects by advancing through it.

Players can earn stronger effects by increasing Karma ‘Levels’ and ‘Ranks’ after unlocking Karma. One important note before diving into the details: the Karma system is applied only when the character turns on Ark Passive.

There are 3 Karma Skill Trees:

  • Evolution

  • Enlightenment

  • Leap

Unlocking Karma

  • Players can unlock Karma in the Ark Passive UI.

  • Unlocking Karma requires Gold and Shadow of Karma.

  • Unlocking Karma makes it Rank 1/Level 1, and the related effects will be applied.

Progressing Karma

Each Karma Tree has two types of progression — increasing Rank and Level. Ranks are increased vertically in the tree, and Levels are indicated by horizontal nodes. Each Rank has five levels that need to be progressed through before reaching the next Rank, meaning there are six Ranks and 30 Levels.

  • Evolution

    • Level - Increases Max HP

    • Rank - Increases Evolution-Type Damage and Brand Power

  • Enlightenment

    • Level - Increases Weapon Power

    • Rank - Grants Enlightenment Points

  • Leap

    • Level - Increases Hyper Awakening Skill Damage

    • Rank - Grants Leap Points

Karma Rank progression requires Gold and Shadow of Karma.

  • Maximum Karma Rank is 6.

  • Increasing Karma rank is automatic.

Level Progression requires Gold and Destiny Stones.

  • Destiny Stones can be earned from various T4 contents such as Kazeros Raid Act 2 and Field Boss Sevek Atun.

  • Tier 4 content that previously provided Chaos Stones will now provide Destiny Stones.

  • Each Karma level attempt has a probability of successfully achieving it.

  • Leveling up Karma has Karma's Energy, similar to the Artisan Energy System.

Players can check their Karma Upgrade Status in the Karma Level/Rank progression UI.

Frontier System

86 KB
41 KB
When the frontier system is applied, raid difficulty (such damage and HP) will decrease for raid bosses as time goes on.

This means that those clearing brand new content can enjoy a similar difficulty to Korea when the raid releases, and others can enjoy an easier version as time passes. Ultimately, this will make the raid more approachable for more casual players while also lessening the reclear difficulty. Starts at Stage 3, and every 2 weeks the stage decreases. So Stage 3, 2, 1, and then Stage 0. If you beat the early stages before it reaches 0, you will be rewarded with a first clear bonus, that includes special raid items like Titles, Raid Materials, etc., alongside other rewards like honing materials and bound gold. Frontier Stage period and nerf figures:

  • Stage 3: First two weeks of raid release, no nerfs.

  • Stage 2: 14 - 28 days after raid release, HP nerf and Damage nerf.

  • Stage 1: 28 - 42 days, additional HP and Damage nerf.

  • Stage 0: After 42 days, the raid will reach Stage 0, where it will stay in perpetuity. Final HP and Damage nerf.

The Frontier System is only applied to Hard Mode. Normal Mode will start with the Stage 0 nerfs and will stay at this stage forever.
